Focus on Client Service

We’re going to update you on who does what in our office, as there have been some new faces added with our recent growth. We believe very strongly in an ensemble approach, which means you can always talk to any of us.   But there is a massive amount of information and details to what we do. And we want to give you quick responses to your questions and problems.

You may have already met or talked to Jessica Stevens, our Director of Client Service. She is our expert on all service issues, such as getting you funds from your investments (whether special occasion or monthly), statements, deposits to your accounts, transfers of your funds or investments from one account to another, documentation, beneficiary information and changes, and re-titling accounts such as going from an individual or joint account to a trust.

Jessica has taken over many of the tasks you may associate with Afton Olsen in the past. This is freeing up Afton to devote more time and energy to handling more complex issues such as tax planning and estate distributions.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s in Finance. She spent many years in the banking and mortgage industry before switching into the investment field by working with the Teachers’ Insurance and Annuity Association (formerly TIAA-CREF) for four years.
